They indicated a 100% return/replacement policy, so I sent a photo of the damaged print. However, one of the boards had snapped during shipping. The print arrived about six days after ordering and was expertly packaged. It was also the least expensive by far half the cost of one of their competitors. If you think you are fooling your customers. Why play games with your customers? If you print the shipping label in advance and ship the item a week later, just be honest. Frustrated, I called my CC company to dispute the charge, then 2 days later I get an email from UPS that my order shipped and will arrive in 2 days. Called back the next day and was told the exact same thing, even to wait for the email and again nothing. I asked if they could send me the tracking they see and was told "sure, no problem" As I waited on the phone, customer service rep said it may take a while and to call back if I don't receive the email. Called Canvasprints and was told the item had shipped. Called UPS to see if maybe their website was not updated and they confirmed only the label was printed. Checked the following day and again, same thing. Checked the tracking and no tracking available, only label printed. About 5 days later I receive an email that my order shipped with a tracking number.
Ordering was easy, getting accurate tracking info was a nightmare.Įasily placed my order online and was notified the order will ship in 7-10 days.
